In anticipation of receiving its first tranche of funding in late February 2026, estimated to be between $40 and $80 million, SSHD has released a request for information (RFI) to aid the development of a pipeline of potential projects. The RFI is intended to identify existing properties that could be acquired by SSHD as well as shovel-ready or entitled multifamily projects that face financing gaps in today’s high-interest rate environment.

SSHD has contracted with Center for Public Enterprise, a 501c(3) nonprofit organization to assist with administering this RFI.
