The Seattle Social Housing Developer is seeking an Executive Assistant to the Real Estate Development Team. This member of our staff will provide high-level administrative and project coordination support across the full development lifecycle, from site acquisition through construction and stabilization.

The Seattle Social Housing Developer is seeking a Clerk of the Board & Governance Administrator to ensure the effective, transparent, and legally compliant functioning of the Board of Directors and its committees. This role is responsible for coordinating and supporting board and committee meetings, maintaining accurate and timely records, and ensuring adherence to the Open Public Meetings Act and Public Records requirements.
The Clerk Board & Governance Administrator serves as a central point of coordination across committees, helping information flow clearly and consistently to support sound governance and informed decision-making. This position also acts as a liaison among board members, staff, and residents to uphold accountability, transparency, and public trust.
